My motto for 2015 is #getRAW! At the end of last year, I discovered superfoods and haven't looked back! For Christmas I got the Breville BlendActive and I am absolutely loving it! It is so easy to use, and makes beautifully smooth and tasty juices. I've been having one of these every morning and it's given me such a spring in my step. It's a great way to make up your 5 a day, and add in a couple of extra vital vitamins. 

I'm going to start with the first juice I ever made with my Breville BlendActive. This is the basic recipe, but I tend to chop and change according to whatever I have lurking in the fridge. I like to prep my juice in the evening, and pop the little cup in the fridge, ready to blend in the morning.




You will need...

1 stick of fresh pineapple (around 1/8)
1 kiwi
1 handful spinach 
5cm chunk of cucumber
250ml coconut water 
1/2 tsp matcha 

Just bung it all into the blender and whizz it up, easy as that! If you prefer a sweeter juice you could add some agave syrup and swap the coconut water for apple juice. or for you true green junkies out there you could swap the spinach for some kale and add some spirulina or wheatgrass.
